Pridis announces that Connecsy, the attendant console for managing phone calls, is now available in the Zoom App Marketplace. This allows Zoom users to manage calls for Zoom itself, bringing everything together in one place and making call handling simpler and more efficient.
Connecsy by Pridis is available to business partners via the My-Connect Portal under the name My-Connect Dialogue. The integration enables organizations to use the Connecsy Attendant Console in combination with Zoom Phone. This offers a practical way to manage “dialogue orchestration,” while users continue working within their existing communication environment. Connecsy integrates with Zoom without requiring any changes to existing workflows, giving organizations greater overview and control over how calls are handled.
