BusinessCom is expanding its Mitel portfolio with the new Mitel 6903t IP Phone: a powerful, cost-effective IP device with a compact design, specifically developed for environments where space is limited, such as hospitality, cruise lines and retail. This device will be available from BusinessCom for all our business partners starting August 2026.

Compact, yet fully equipped

The Mitel 6903t is designed for situations where a small form factor is essential, such as hotel rooms, cruise ship cabins, student housing, or next to checkout counters in stores. This simple, reliable single-line device is also an excellent choice for office environments such as canteens, waiting areas, reception desks and production floors. The phone can be mounted on a desk or on a wall, thanks to its built-in wall-mounting option.

• Support for Mitel platforms (MiNet) as well as SIP-based third-party UC/UCaaS solutions

Antibacterial treatment

A distinctive feature of the 6903t is its plastic housing, which is treated with a silver-based antimicrobial coating. Independent laboratory tests conducted according to the ISO 22196-2011 and JIS Z2801:2000 standards demonstrate antibacterial effectiveness of over 99% against both Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria. This makes the device particularly suitable for hygiene-sensitive environments such as hotels and healthcare facilities. Please note: the treatment has only been tested for antibacterial effectiveness and does not offer protection against viruses; it is not a substitute for proper hygiene and cleaning.

Easy to personalize

For hospitality applications, the programmable keys can be labeled with a custom-printed overlay, covered with a clear lens. This makes it possible, for example, to assign the same speed-dial numbers to all guest rooms. A standard faceplate is included for smaller businesses that do not require a custom overlay.
