Why this promotion?
Mitel is committed to providing secure and reliable communications for all its customers. This promotion is specifically designed to give customers whose maintenance has lapsed renewed access to critical updates, security patches, and Mitel support. Together, we ensure communication systems remain optimally protected.
Which customers are eligible?
The promotion is available to end customers who meet the following conditions:
• The existing system belongs to the supported product families
• The last SWA agreement expired before January 1, 2025
• Valid End Customer Information (ECI) has been assigned to the system in the License Server
Note: If only part of a customer’s assets meet these conditions, the discount applies only to those specific components.
Which products qualify?
The 50% discount applies with the purchase of at least 12 months of SWA re-enrollment for:
MiVoice products:
• MiVoice Business and related applications
• MiVoice MX-ONE and related applications
• MiVoice 5000 and related applications
• MiVoice Connect and related applications
• MiVoice Office 400 and related applications
• MiContact Center Business and selected applications
OpenScape products:
• OpenScape Voice and related applications (supported and non-supported versions)
• OpenScape 4000 and related applications (supported and non-supported versions)
Important exception for OpenScape
For customers with a non-supported version of OpenScape Voice or OpenScape 4000, an additional condition applies: you must use the Get Current offer to upgrade platform licenses to a supported version. Mitel will offset the re-enrollment fees within the Get Current offer.
What is NOT covered by this promotion?
The promotion explicitly does not apply to:
• OpenScape Business
• MiVoice Office 250 and MiVoice Office Applications Suite
• Enterprise contact center solutions (Mitel CX, MiContact Center Enterprise, etc.)
• Third-party and OEM applications
• SWA for new systems or license add-ons
• SWA for products whose current agreement expires on or after January 1, 2025
