What is Mitel Workflow Studio?
Workflow Studio is Mitel’s Generative AI-powered, low-code/no-code platform for business communication processes. Workflow Studio can be deployed standalone or fully integrated with Mitel CX, and is available on both MiVoice and OpenScape platforms.
Two license tiers, flexible deployment
Workflow Studio is available in two subscription tiers, Essential and Premier, priced per volume band and available on 1-, 3-, and 5-year terms.
Essential includes Auto Attendant/Receptionist, IVR with Speech Recognition and Text-to-Speech, Chat, Email, and Webhook.
Premier adds AI Virtual Agent, GenAI Connectors, CRM Connectors, SMS, and WhatsApp.
With an active Software Assurance (SWA) subscription, customers get 500 Essential and 500 Premier interactions per month for free, usable in production, demo, and test environments.
