Mitel customers with an active SWA or Subscription agreement can now add Zoom Workplace to their existing telephony platform without paying for the Zoom Hybrid Subscription user licenses.
Mitel has launched the new CLIMB Ascend Program, which makes it easier for your customers to bring Zoom’s AI-powered collaboration tools to their Mitel telephony platform. Effective October 1, 2026, the list price of Zoom Hybrid Subscription user licenses is reduced to zero euros for supported Mitel systems in an active Software Assurance (SWA) or Subscription agreement.
What your customers get
Zoom Workplace with Mitel integration is a hybrid communications solution. Users keep their existing Mitel extension and can make and receive calls from inside the Zoom app, while Mitel continues to handle call control, dial plan and PSTN connectivity. Customers can run voice on-premises, in the cloud or in a hybrid model, which helps with security, data residency and compliance requirements in sectors such as healthcare, public sector and financial services.

Key conditions at a glance
- The Supported Mitel Telephony Platform must be in an active SWA (also known as SSP) or Subscription agreement.
- Any authorized Mitel Partner can participate.
- The purchase must be a standalone purchase of the qualifying Zoom Hybrid licenses and the required base kit, which also has a $0 list price.
- The total quantity of licenses may not exceed the number of user licenses under the active SWA or Subscription.
- The offer is also valid for government or contract-based pricing orders.
- Zoom Workplace licenses and Zoom add-ons, such as Zoom AI Companion, are purchased directly from Zoom and are not part of this program.
- Supporting infrastructure, hardware, software, installation and configuration are at the customer’s expense.
- The end customer’s name and address must be reported to Mitel. For orders placed through distribution, customer contact details must be included in the distributor’s POS report.
- The program runs from October 1, 2026 until 30 days after notice of a revised program bulletin ending it. Mitel reserves the right to alter, amend or cancel the program at any time.
